  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 pch Grnd nutmeg

    VARIATIONS:Caramelized Apple
