  • 1-1/2 stick Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
  • 1 whole Lemon (washed, Zest And Juice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger Root
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions

    In a bowl add softened butter, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir with a spatula. Add grated ginger root and honey and stir well to combine. Pack it in an airtight container and refrigerate.
