  • 7 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 c. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. vegetable shortening

Directions

    Mix flour and powdered milk.

    Add baking powder and salt; mix well.

    Cut in shortening until it looks like small peas.

    Store in airtight container.

    Use as Bisquick.
