- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Rinse quinoa in a fine sieve until the water runs clear.

2Put into a medium sized pot.

3Add water and salt and bring to a boil.

4Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until all the water is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.

5Set aside off heat for 5 minutes.

6Uncover and fluff with a fork.

7Divide into 4 one cup portions and refrigerate.
