- 7 1/2 ounces pink salmon
- 2 cups bread crumbs soft, about 3 slices bread, cut into s
- minced onion cup finely
- celery cup finely minced, opt.
- 1/4 cup milk omit if making patties
- 2 eggs or 1/2 c. Second Nature substitute
- 2 tablespoons parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt each
- dill weed
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking sheet.

4Refrigerate for 1 hour, approximately.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
