- 225 grams Plain flour
- 100 grams Butter
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp water
Directions

1Sift the flour into a bowl.

2Make sure your butter is cold as this works best.

3Rub the butter into the flour until it is like breadcrumbs

4Mix in the salt and add 2-3 tbsp of water.

5Don't add too much or the pastry will become hard.

6On a floured surface, knead the dough lightly, wrap in cling film and chill.
