  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 8 ounce lowfat hard tofu cut in bite- sized triangles
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
