- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Scald milk. Cool to lukewarm; add flour to make a thick batter.

3Add yeast and eggs; beat well.

4Add flour to make a soft dough; knead until satiny.

5Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.

6Shape into any kind of roll.

7Let rise until light.

8Bake at 350° to 375°.
