Basic Sweet Roll Dough

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 6 to 8 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Combine margarine, sugar and milk and warm until sugar dissolves and margarine melts.

3Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs.

4Mix in flour.

5Stir in flour, then dump onto well floured board and knead in enough flour that it isn't sticky, but is soft.

6Cover; set in a warm place and let rise 1 hour.

7Punch down and form into any type of dinner or sweet roll.

8Bake rolls at 425° approximately 20 minutes.
