  • 5 cups mochiko sweet rice flour
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 cups water

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Add liquid ingredients, and mix well.

    Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
