  • 2 c. each three kinds beans, cooked and drained: cut green beans, cut yellow wax beans, soy beans, red kidney beans, green lima beans, Great Northern or navy beans, chickpeas or garbanzos
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

    Combine the beans.

    In a large bowl, toss the beans with the onion and green pepper.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the mixture in the bowl.
