  • 4 oz. self-rising flour
  • 4 oz. margarine
  • 4 oz. sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar until light and creamy in texture. Add eggs, a little at a time, carefully stir in flour.

    Bake in a 7-inch cake tin for approximately 35 minutes at 325°.

    When cool, split and fill with jam or cream.
