- 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 c. fresh basil, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 12 oz. linguini, cooked
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1In a medium skillet, cook scallions and garlic in olive oil until soft, about 2 minutes.

2Add chicken, stirring until cooked through.

3Add basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
