  • 20 c. corn, cut off the cob
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 pt. half and half

Directions

    Put in roaster.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Stir several times. Take out of oven and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon salt. Stir and cool.

    Put in boilable bags and freeze.
