  • 4 whole Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1/4 cups Skim Milk
  • 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 18 teaspoons Black Pepper

    Pound chicken flat.

    Coat in milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.

    Saute both sides of chicken in butter in a large skillet until done, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

    Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.
