  • 133 ml Fresh basil (tightly packed)
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Tahini (white sesame paste)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 850 grams Chickpeas (canned or boiled)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

    Add all of the ingredients, except the chickpeas and salt, into the food processor.

    Mix until smooth.

    Add the chickpeas and salt, and continue mixing.

    Taste the flavor and adjust with salt as needed.
