- 8 ounces sweet unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 3 drops hot sauce
- 3 drops lemon juice
Directions

1Let butter soften to room temperature.

2Beat in other ingredients.

3Pack butter into molds or crocks or form balls with a melon baller.

4Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
