- 6 ears fresh corn
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
Directions

1Remove husks and silks from corn.

2Place each ear on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

3Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with basil.

4Roll foil around corn and twist at each end.

5Grill over medium-hot coals (300° to 350°) for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Turn at 5-minute intervals.
