- 2 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 1 12 lemons, juiced
- 3 tablespoons brown mustard
- 12 cup minced fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- white pepper
- 3 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- skewer
Directions

1In a shallow, non-porous dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter.

2Stir in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and white pepper.

3Add shrimp, and toss to coat.

4Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5Preheat grill to high heat.

6Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers.

7Discard marinade.

8Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill.

9Cook for 4 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.
