- 1/3 c. peanut oil or vegetable oil
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 lemon slices
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Pour the milk into shallow dish.

2Dip the fish in milk and then roll in flour.

3Shake off excess flour from fish.
