  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Mix all other ingredients. Refrigerate until used.

    May be kept several days.

    Cook in greased muffin pan.
