  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. melted fat or vegetable oil

    Cut large fryer in serving size pieces.

    Wash.

    Partially cook in boiling water for 20 minutes; drain.

    Sprinkle with salt, celery salt and pepper.

    Dip in batter.

    Drop in hot fat (360°). Fry until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
