- 2 c. very warm water
- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; mix in remaining ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of milk to make sticky dough.

2Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.

3Fill pans only half full.

4Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

5Cover remaining batter tightly and refrigerate. Batter will keep 2 weeks.
