- bacon
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- pork chops (I prefer boneless)
- potatoes
- onions
- 1 can tomato wedges
Directions

1Line bottom of baking dish with bacon.

2Drain sauerkraut and put over bacon.

3Lay pork chops over kraut.

4Peel and slice potatoes over pork chops.

5Slice onions and separate into rings. Put on potatoes.

6Pour can of tomatoes on top of casserole (do not drain).

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Bake at least 2 hours at 350°. (For first hour, you may want to cover with foil.)
