- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 4 lean pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In 8 x 8-inch baking pan, combine vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper, caraway seed and apple.

2Top with pork chops.

3Brush each with Worcestershire sauce.

4Cover with wax paper.

5Microwave on High 5 minutes.

6Rearrange chops; reduce power to 50% and microwave 7 to 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
