- 2 1/2 sticks oleo
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.

2Cream oleo and sugar; add egg yolks, flour, vanilla and egg whites.

3Pour onto a cookie sheet, reserving about 1/4 of the dough.

4Pour pie filling over and drop remaining dough.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
