- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. whipping or heavy cream
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Sprinkle scallops with salt.

2Melt butter in skillet with garlic.

3Saute scallops on medium for about 10 minutes or opaque. Pour off juice from scallops.

4Add wine, heavy cream and sour cream.

5Add cornstarch to thicken.

6Simmer for 8 minutes.
