Ingredients

  • 4 lbs beef, stewmeat
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 quart water
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt & pepper, pinch for seasoning
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 20 buns

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredents in a large sauce pan.

    Simmer uncovered over low heat for 5 - 6 hours or until meat fall's into shred's.

    The mixture should be thick.

    Spoon onto toasted hamburger buns.

    Serve.
