  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. Heinz barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Store in refrigerator for 12 hours before cooking at 300° for 5 1/2 hours.
