  • 3 -4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup vinegar (you can do apple cider to make it more sweet and maybe reduce the sugar)
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a bag and remove excess air.

    Mix insides to distribute liquid and seasoning throughout.

    Freeze.

    Defrost overnight in fridge.

    Cook on low 3 1/2-6 hours.

    Skewer and cook on grill about 3-5 minutes each side.
