- 1 1/8 pounds rack of lamb
- meat seasoning Ariosto, Roasted and Grilled
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
Directions

1In a bowl, make a mixture of oil (about 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil) and Ariosto seasoning for roasted meats and stir vigorously.

2Wash the meat well and drain it.

3Take the meat, which is now well drained and put it on the grill, which must be very hot, and cook it on both sides, making sure you brush it with the mix of oil and spices using the rosemary as a brush.

4The meat is cooked when it is golden and looks like the one in the photo.

5Since you already have your BBQ up and running, you can cook also some peppers and other vegetables, to compliment your wonderful meat.
