- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 3- 1/2 teaspoons Bacon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 3 cups Canola Oil, For Frying
- 2 whole Baking Potatoes, Large, Sliced Very Thin
Directions

1Mix all of the seasonings in a bowl until completely combined.

3Heat oil in skillet over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.

4Fry potato slices in batches for several minutes per side, until browned.

5Remove potatoes from oil with a slotted spoon.

6Drain on paper towels and immediately sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.

7Store in airtight container.
