  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 3- 1/2 teaspoons Bacon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 3 cups Canola Oil, For Frying
  • 2 whole Baking Potatoes, Large, Sliced Very Thin

    Mix all of the seasonings in a bowl until completely combined.

    Set aside.

    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.

    Fry potato slices in batches for several minutes per side, until browned.

    Remove potatoes from oil with a slotted spoon.

    Drain on paper towels and immediately sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.

    Store in airtight container.
