BBQ Pulled Pork

  • 7 pounds Pork Roast
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 cups Honey BBQ Sauce (Homemade Sauce Is Best)
  • 1 whole Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce, Chopped

Directions

    Rinse and dry roast.

    Place in the bottom of a slow cooker, top with onion, garlic, pepper and BBQ sauce.

    Put the lid on and set on low for 10 hours.

    About 45 minutes prior to serving, remove roast from pan and set aside.

    Pour most of remaining sauce in a saucepan and boil on high heat.

    While the sauce is reducing, shred pork with two forks.

    The roast should practically fall apart.

    When done, put back into the cooker and add the sauce that has been reduced.

    Stir around until well combined.

    Leave on low until ready to serve.
