- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 beef sirloin tip roast (3 lb.)
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
Directions

1Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.

2Close lid; heat grill to 350 degrees F. Mix seasonings; rub onto all sides of meat.

3Place meat on grate over unlit area; cover.

4Grill 1 hour or until meat registers 140 degrees F when tested in center with meat thermometer, monitoring for consistent grill temperature.

5Brush meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

6Grill 10 min.

7or until meat registers 150 degrees F. Transfer meat to carving board; tent with foil.

8Let stand 10 min.

9or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).

10Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.
