  • 2 -3 potatoes
  • 1 -2 carrot
  • 1 stick celery
  • 12 cup onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • herbs and spices
  • olive oil
  • 10 ounces beef broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 14 cup brown sugar

Directions

    Cut up all veggies from potatoes to garlic.

    if you add spices sprinkle and stir together with veggies.

    Saute in olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes.

    Than add half of the beef broth and reduce.

    Add the rest of the beef broth and reduce, when almost reduced add brown suger and bbq sauce.

    reduce the sauce and the rest of the broth.
