9 steps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 18 cups Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened
  • 18 cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 18 cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 18 cups Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries (or Other Dried Fruit Of Choice)
  • 1/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet lightly with oil.
  2. 2
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flax meal, salt, coconut flakes, and sunflower seeds, and mix well.
  3. 3
Place the maple syrup and sunflower seed butter in a small microwaveable bowl (such as a glass Pyrex measuring cup with a pour spout) and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. 4
Add in the vanilla and mix together thoroughly.
  5. 5
Pour the maple and sunflower seed butter mixture over the oats and stir to combine.
  6. 6
Spread the granola onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden color, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  7. 7
If you decide to add dried fruit or chocolate chips, you can stir this into the granola when it has cooled.
  8. 8
This prevents the dried fruit from burning or drying out too much.
  9. 9
    Enjoy!
