  • 1/2 cups Light Tuna, In Water, Drained
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 whole Diced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce

Directions

    In a small bowl, add drained tuna and break up with a fork. Add lemon zest and juice, black pepper, diced onion, parsley, and vinegar. Stir well to combine.

    On a plate or bowl, add romaine greens and tuna mixture. Toss lightly and dig in.
