Bean Casserole

- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, separated into rings
Directions

1Drain all beans, except pork and beans and mix in large, long casserole dish.

2Rinse pork and beans can out with 1/2 cup water and add to casserole.

3Mix together the brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; mix thoroughly with beans.

4On top of mixture, put 1/2 pound raw bacon.

5Separate the onion into rings and place on top of bacon.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

7Serve hot or cold!
