Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can wax beans, drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can lima beans, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Fry the sausage and drain off fat.

    Saute celery and onion. Add the remaining ingredients.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in a 3-quart casserole dish.

    Lay bacon strips on top (optional). Bake one hour or more at 350°, uncovered.
