- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can Old El Paso green chili peppers (I use 1/2 can; if you use more, it's too hot)
- Monterey Jack jalapeno pepper cheese
Directions

1Layer ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish in order listed, ending with cheese (grate as much cheese as you like).

2Bake at 400° to 450° for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
