Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Hormel hot chili with beans (or Armour brand)
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can Old El Paso green chili peppers (I use 1/2 can; if you use more, it's too hot)
  • Monterey Jack jalapeno pepper cheese

Directions

    Layer ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish in order listed, ending with cheese (grate as much cheese as you like).

    Bake at 400° to 450° for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
