- c. cooked white beans or beans or your choice
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp.
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1Cook beans; press through food mill while still hot or beat by hand until smooth.

2Add all other ingredients and form into patties.

3Roll in bread crumbs or wheat germ.

4Fry in hot oil.

5If you prefer, oil a baking pan with vegetables oil and bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until brown, turning once.

6Serve hot and garnish as desired.
