Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1 can yellow beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 3/4 c. apple vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Rinse and drain celery, onion and pepper.

    Cut up and add to beans.

    Bring to boil sugar, water, oil, vinegar and salt.

    Pour over vegetables and soak overnight.

    Next morning, drain and serve.
