- 1 (15 oz) Can Black Eye Peas
- 1 (15 oz) Can Pinto Beans
- 1 (12 oz) Can Mexican Corn
- 1 sm Red Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 1 (8 oz) Bottle Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Red wine Vinegar
Directions

1Drain and wash all the beans and the corn.

2Finely chop the peppers, onion and celery.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Add the sugar, vinegar and dressing.
