Ingredients
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cut yellow beans
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
- 2/3 c. wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine drained beans, green pepper, celery and pimento.

2Add 1/2 chopped onion, if desired.

3In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.

4Pour this over bean mixture.

5Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring 3 or 4 times.

6Drain before serving.
