- 1 onion, 1/2 chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1-2 stalks celery chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, 4 crushed, 2 chopped
- bouquet garni with parsley, thyme, bay leaf
- olive oil
- 16 cups chopped greens
- tomato sauce
Directions
