Ingredients

  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can small red beans
  • 1 can chi-chi beans (chickpeas) (ceci)
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • 1 green pepper, cut up
  • 3/4 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp.
  • 2/3 c. vinegar plus 4 Tbsp.
  • 1/3 c. oil plus 2 tsp.

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Mix remaining ingredients and stir well, so sugar is dissolved, then add salt and pepper to taste. Add to beans, etc.
