  • 1 spaghetti squash, about 2 1/2 pounds
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish, optional
