Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • few stalks celery
  • 1 pimento
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can June peas
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • dash of pepper and garlic
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar melts.

    Add a dash of pepper, garlic and 1/2 cup Wesson oil.

    Heat 1 minute.

    Remove and cool.

    Pour dressing over vegetables in large bowl.

    Chill 12 to 24 hours.
