Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can string beans
  • 1 can waxed beans
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 small jar chopped pimiento

Directions

    Drain beans well at least 1 hour.

    Heat vinegar and sugar until melted, then cool.

    Add to beans, bell pepper, onion and pimiento. After vinegar and sugar has cooled, add salad oil and pour over vegetables.

    Let it sit in refrigerator overnight.
