- 1 can sliced carrots
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. celery and mustard seed
Directions

1Drain all vegetables in colander.

2Put drained vegetables in bowl.

3Heat sugar, oil, vinegar and spices until sugar is dissolved.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Place sliced onion and green pepper on top.

6Let set overnight.
